All through the year we've got wine from our own vineyards. Preferrably from the Burgundy family, from Pinot blanc to Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir, but the Riesling is also a particular specialty of ours, as well as the hand shaken sparkling wine. Red wines are being ripened to maturity in Barriques.

The quality of our wines begins in the vineyard. Remote cuttings, thinning out and selective hand-picking bring high quality wines, even with humble crops. Our basic principle is to produce extraordinary quality, may it be with a juicy, delicately fruity wine or elegantly sweet rarities.

The classical bottle conditioning and a long maturation in the yeast guarantees an utmost prickling experience with our sparkling wine.

Our white wines are being slowly fermented to bring the whole fruitiness of the grape into the bottle. With our red wines we prefer the more cost intensive classical, open mash fermentation and the 3 year long development in small wooden barrels (Barrique).
